Can I upgrade later if I start with the Starter package?

Yes. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference in the setup cost between packages. Your monthly plan will adjust to the new package.

Do I need to have a domain name?

Yes. A domain name is required for your website.

If you already have one, I’ll connect it for you.
If not, you can purchase one through me for approximately $20 per year.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Hosting, security, and basic maintenance are included in the monthly price.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month.

How long does it take to launch?

Most websites go live within 5–7 business days, depending on how quickly content is approved.

Can I make changes myself?

This service is done-for-you. If you need changes, you can request them and I’ll take care of it.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

The website is hosted and maintained as part of the monthly plan. If the plan is canceled, the site will be taken offline.

If you’d like to keep the website files, you can request an export for a one-time fee.

Why is there a monthly fee?

The monthly fee covers secure hosting, platform updates, maintenance, and basic support. This ensures your website stays live, secure, and functional without you needing to manage anything.

All plans require a domain name. Automation plans also require SMS compliance (A2P registration), a dedicated phone number, and usage-based messaging fees. These costs are billed separately.
